Solara Coffee Co owners Brie & Tag are best friends who value our health as well as mental and physical wellness, and as coffee lovers, the quality of our coffee. We believe that coffee is much more than just a source of caffeine, and too many options contain contaminants like mold, or have beans that are past their prime and spoiled. We strive to provide better options for likeminded individuals who want more out of their cup of coffee- for enjoyment AND health reasons.

We are first and foremost committed to making the highest-quality coffee we can. This includes ensuring the sustainability of the coffee we source, it's quality, and the ethical treatment of the farmers that produce it.
Where do we source from?
Our coffee comes from all around the world. As is the case with many agricultural products, different regions produce different flavor profiles, tasting notes, and even types of coffee beans. Our primary regions include Central America, South America, and Africa. New varieties are being added all the time!
